J.Cole Concert 10-12-13

This past Saturday was one of the most amazing weekends I have in a long time. I went to a concert at The Rave for a 2 of my favorite artists J. Cole and Wale. I was invited by one of my good friends. I brought about 20 business cards with because my goal was to network with as many people as possible. I am an extremely outgoing person and that night ended up speaking and networking with J. Cole's Manager, Promotion guy and his chef. I ended up with their numbers as well. His man that deals with promotion (Larry Reed) got me up to the V.I.P floor. After talking to Larry for awhile, I found out that he wrote a book called His Mother's Bosom, a book about dealing with his mother's fight with breast cancer. I talked to him the next day and he is going to mail me a signed copy of his book. I plan to work with him sometime in the future. Also, that night I ended up actually getting to meet J. Cole and got his autograph! I would have to say I was more successful than I thought I would be.
